Job Description:

Stable industry leader in Irvine is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for immediate hire! The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized, and should excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented, ever-changing environment.

Core qualifications include: ?2-5+ years accounts payable experience or equivalent business/accounting experience ?Exposure to VAT, European invoice processing, or other local reporting preferred ?Strong process and controls knowledge, including an understanding of Sarbanes Oxley ?Experience in ERP environment, preferably in PeopleSoft or SAP ?Excellent PC skills including intermediate Excel skills ?Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service orientation ?Strong analytical ability and sound decision making skills ?Must be a self-starter, well-organized, detailed and results oriented ?Willing to take on new and changing responsibilities (flexible) ?Enjoys a fast-paced results-oriented multi-tasking environment where change is required quickly and "on your feet" thinking is commonplace
