Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist in
Colorado, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Register, prioritize, and document all support tickets following
incident management procedures
Investigate reported issues and conduct root cause analysis while
providing technical support to clients
Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
to manage escalations and expectations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer support with technical products,
preferably in SaaS
Practical experience querying SQL databases
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Experience working directly with external customers via various
communication methods
Willingness to support US public holidays on a rotational basis or
provide on-call coverage
